How much can I borrow?
- Up to R1,000 if you receive the Older Persons Grant or the Disability Grant.
- R150 per dependent if you receive the Child Support Grant.
How and when to apply
- You can apply between the 15th and 29th of each month.
- Dial *120*543# on your phone and choose option 4.
The advance is automatically repaid from your next grant payment. Because it is interest-free, there are no fees or extra charges.
