- All three disqualify you. You cannot hold a learners for a class you are already licensed for, nor while you are declared unfit or still suspended.
- All three disqualify you. A licence you already hold, a declared unfitness that still applies, or an unexpired suspension.
- A vehicle licence, the clearance certificate is valid for 12 months. It must be renewed every year.
