- A hooter must give one constant even tone. The pitch may not change and you may only use it when safety requires.
- Remember under South African road traffic rules, you can only use a hooter in order to warn other road users of danger, right? And from our three options, only option C gives us that rule. Therefore, the correct answer would be option C.
